Downy unstoppables left bleach stains on new sheets
Do not put Downy Unstoppables directly onto laundry in the washing machine. It left bleach marks on my brand new beige sheets.

Wrinkle spay doesn't work
I've used products by this company for 20 years recently. I purchased the spray-on wrinkle release and was very disappointed.
When I called for the money-back guarantee, they told me I needed the receipt. I don't save receipts. I have the product.
It's full and I don't want it. I guess I have to throw it in the garbage.

Peeling Skin
I had never used a softening agent for laundry. We have hard water, which affects the smell sometimes so I decided to try the Unstoppables.
I used this product ONCE. ONCE! I followed directions for the appropriate amount. As the main laundry doer of our home, I was touching all the clothing that had been washed with the product.
Within a day or two of using the product, the skin on my hands started peeling. I lost about 5 layers of skin in patches on my hands within a WEEK (I could see if I lost one more layer, I'd be bleeding). I immediately rewashed everything without the product, hoping to reverse the damage to my hands or at least minimize it. I have never had a skin condition (other than teen acne) or had to see a dermatologist for anything.
EVER. I have now been dealing with this for 5 or 6 months and it has been diagnosed by a dermatoligist as Exfoliative Keratolysis, for which there is NO cure, barely even a treatment.
It recurs every couple weeks. If I could give negative stars for this product, I would.

The Backstreet Boys advertising
If you guys do your research, Nick Carter has been accused of rape multiple times. Even since childhood, his own brother has come out and said that he's been caught assaulting women and young girls, among other things, so I don't understand why you would use him for your advertising.
Perhaps you guys need the money or he needs it, but I would reconsider that.
I have a family of three and I grew up in the 90s. I love the Backstreet Boys and I don't use Downey because you use them for advertisements.

My husband purchased a new mega pack of Downy dryer sheet from Albertsons on around 2/15. Today we opened the first box and were astonished to find the box was full of crumpled brown papers which revealed a canned soup Cream of Chicken inside. I have a video proof I filmed to open the second box.

Unstoppables leave no scent.
The beads leave no scent. I have increased the amount of beads until I am filling the entire cap.
The sample worked well, so it must have been more concentrated than the bottle. I wonder if any of your other products work better.
I am disappointed with having spent so much money on a product that does nothing. I hope you can offer me a solution.

Compliment product
I don't have a problem I just wanted to compliment the product I've been in the hospital for 30 days and my daughter brought me some of the clothes that I washed 35 days ago and when I put on my sweatshirt it smelled just like Downy unstopables I can't believe that the sentence lasted so long and I just wanted you to know what a wonderful product you have

They would melt on my sheets and clothing in the dryer.

Top broke as soon as i opened it
I appreciate that the money was given back to me. But I still don't have a lid for the container and I have children at home. I wish I was offered a lid for the container as well.

Sick of downy commercials that are stupid

Excellent product how long sell
Customer service told me that Downy know longer sell Downy wrinkle guard I fell that it will be missed by many customers that was a great product. Reading reviews many customers also like that product. Hope in the near future youll can come up with a replacement

I too will not use this product because of the sexually oriented commercials. Disgusting..all of them, and switching to the little Hitler man is just as disgusting.

Disgusting commercials
That reviewer has no sense of humor! I took the setup to feature an average, middle-aged housewife (who looks somewhat European). The appeal is supposed to be toward average, middle-aged people.
I agree she's scary. Downey seems to have the strangest ads and very strange looking people.
The one with what looks like grandparents cleaning a closet and I guess it would be the grandson "Joshey". What normal kid would look at a wrinkled shirt and after she says Hi Joshey the kid runs off like he saw something to be afraid of. Who writes for these screwballs and who is the screwball who created the dumbest commercial I ever saw!!.No kid who had all his marbles would react to wrinkled. Personally I can't remember the last time I freaked out from seeing wrinkled.
There a lot of problems in this world but if a kid runs from seeing wrinkles he might need a shrink!!! The sad part is that anyone who screened the ad if they had a brain would burn it. The actors must be desperate for money.
Find something else to do. I wouldn't buy Downey because the ads insult your intelligence.
He wasn’t running because the shirts were wrinkled, he took off because of what the wrinkled shirts symbolized. When kids see their parents kiss they get grossed out. It’s a funny commercial
I miss this commercial. It was funny and very catchy. Bring it back.
