Who is the blonde actor or actress in the new downy unstoppable commercial? Is this person transgender or just had bad plastic surgery or both?!

I normally use softener with no dye, but was not able to get it at the store. They haven't had it in the last two times I went so I got the Downey and the blue bottle that has the blue dye on the back.

There's no warning about it dying your clothes, but it did say flammable first of all that's an acceptable, but never did warn me that it can stain my clothes which it did. I had light blue stain on my bed clothes and a few of my shirts. I was very upset. I called the company.

The lady who answered the phone asked me for the information on the bottle which I gave her. I told her I did not have a receipt because I've never had a reason to keep a receipt for fabrics softener, so I was not looking for a full refund just a coupon to buy the clearing free. Well, she was insisting that I was using the fabric softener wrong. I don't appreciate being called a liar.

My washing machine has its own lower containment unit where you put the fabric softener, which I have done for years , I've for over 40 years now she insist don't tell me I must've done something wrong. Reading a lot of reviews on the Internet seeing a lot of other people having this problem with their product company to try to blame it on the consumer not taking responsibility that either they put in too much die and their product , but they want to insist on calling you a liar saying you've done something wrong.

I will never do business with them again. Anything that they make !!!

Yes, I had a horrible experience. I bought the 111 ounce bottle like a normally do but I've always bought the clear.

I haven't been able to buy the store so I bought the blue bottle and yes, of course the liquid blue there is a warning on the back saying is unacceptable in my eyes but not anywhere does it say it will die your clothes and stain them with the complaint and she kept insisting after I gave her all the information that I must've used the product wrong how many different ways is there to use Downey softener in a washing machine , a special place just for your fabric softener that you put your fabric softener in which I told her and she kept on assisting I must've used it wrong. I also asked if they was in the United States. She says yes well then why do I have to press one for English Press if you don't speak English. Needless to say, she kept insisting that I was doing something wrong.

She was not listening to what I was saying I was hoping for at least a coupon for their free and clear Downey, but I will never use the products again they are completely rude. They won't stand behind their products and I would not recommend anybody to use it at all .

Hello. Where can I buy dispensing fabric softener balls? I have had the same ones for over 40 years and I love mine. I have 4, because I live in an apartment building, and we have 4 washers. I do laundry once a week, and I use 4 washers at once. Then I am good for another week.

My fabric dispensing balls are wearing out at this point. I would love to replace them, but you can only buy them online. I do not buy anything online.

I would love to buy directly from you if I can, but I don't know how. Please let me know if I can purchase these directly from you, and if so, what would it cost to get 4 new ones.
